Facilitators - Patricia Phillips
Patricia Phillips is an accomplished organizational leader, facilitator and instructional designer whose career spans 25 years in the telecommunications and professional services industries. During her fifteen years in management, she built and led teams of sales and product trainers, and instructional designers who created and delivered custom learning solutions for all levels of sales, sales management and sales support professionals in a variety of industries. After a successful track record as a business developer Patricia was tapped for a sales training role to help bring together two sales cultures with different specialties into one cohesive national sales organization. Finding her passion there she continued to expand her own training and design skills as a well-rounded practitioner before leading corporate teams. Patricia left the telecommunications industry in 1999 and has since worked for consulting organizations in the human performance improvement arena.
Patricia began her career in sales with ITT WorldCom, Telenet and Sprint. She worked as a training manager at Sprint and Cable & Wireless, and left Cable & Wireless as director of sales training. She’s held three vice president positions in the consulting sector, heading up product management for HumanR, and both engagement services and solution design services at Huthwaite.
As principal of her own practice since 2006 Patricia continues to build
deep client relationships where she creates and implements practical and
focused learning solutions that build organizational capability and drive
business results. Patricia holds a Bachelors of Science in Languages and
Linguistics from Georgetown University and is a graduate of the Darden
School of Business’ Executive Program
